  1. Nutec is a man-made fiber board. It is made by mixing short fibers into a cement mixture, which is then compressed to form a sheet material. The resulting board is very strong and very durable, and can be treated like any other cement surface
  2. Nutec- the perfect material for modern Wendy Houses
  1. Property owners with wendy houses no bigger than 10m² (defined as minor building works in terms of Section 13 of Act 103 of 1977) are now exempt from submitting building plans.
  2. It must however be noted that no building applications or submissions of plans exist for these structures.

Alteration to the roof of a house (e.g. to re-roof or insert skylights) is considered to be permitted development (not requiring planning permission) subject to limits and conditions.
